this was wad the social worker at dover park hospice told us when being interviewed. i found it very meaningful, so decided to share it with u guys.

todae i went to dover park hospice for a PW interview..e place is veri far lorr..near TTS..at Novena Mrt there. a lil ulu lah..haf to walk up sm slope n sm driveway den u can c tt place tucked in a corner..n it's quite saddening to c all the sickly patients there..they r practically just waiting for their "day" to come lorr. From the social worker, Jenny, apparently all the patients stay in the hospice to spend the last 3 mths of their lives there..and these patients are those who are terminally ill, and un curable. Well it just saddens me to see old ah ma and ah gongs lying helplessly on the beds..

kinda reminds me of my granny.

oh yea btw if u're wondering y we went there to interview..it's because my project is abt proposing to implement blogging in homes/hospices to let the feelings these grps of ppl to be better known to the public. but apparently it's not veri feasible in hospices..because the manpower is limited..n the elderly are less likely to open up n allow their life story to be publish online for everyone to see. yup..i understand tt. next wk, we're going to interview a muslim orphanage. woah next wk so many events: wed-nas founder's day(aka speech dae) fri - interview+ siti's band concert =)

suddenly..i'm just tinking of y alot of jc students must haf bgr..den ...y i dun haf? OOPS.haha. i guess smtimes everyone just needs a companion lah. u all dun tink tt i dun bother abt such things. actualli i'm veri disturbed by it, just tt i dun show it.i'm actualli quite a private person i guess.cos smtimes i just feel i nid a guy's shoulders for mi to lie on when i feel tired, accompany me on the long journey home, smone i'm comfortable talking to n he will be willing to listen to my nonsense n paranoidness.

actually..deep inside i'm afraid tt i'll end up marrying my 1st guy n become a housewife.
